I am a counsellor at the Counselling and Psychological Services, National University of Singapore. Narrative Therapy has created positive impact on how I live my life. The teachings have created 'double awareness' in how I could 'double perceive' one's intentions, purposes, beliefs, values, and commitments to life. I hope to connect with anyone who would like to share any of their skills and knowledge which might be helpful resources for people that are facing difficulties and predicaments in their lives. |

I am a registered psychologist who trained in NSW, Australia. I work mainly in the contexts of children & adolescent as well as the family. I was introduced and captivated by the ideas of Narrative Therapy as it respects autonomy and individuality in the face of "abnormality". It takes individuals onto journeys of self-discovery that re-vists their past allowing them to create or embark on new or forgotten paths. Its focus on strengths and values invigorates me as a therapist as it brings hopes and promises into the therapy room. I am privileged to have shared the stories of the people I came across.
I hope to connect with like minded individuals who share similar beliefs and enrich my skills repertoire in the field of narrative therapy. |

My counselling work and personal life have been significantly influenced by narrative approaches. My interest in Narrative Therapy was sparked off by a short course with Michael White in 2007, and I continue to find opportunities to learn and apply narrative practices to my work. Singapore has a small group of narrative practitioners and I hope to connect with interested persons both in the country and outside. |

To be part of a community of practitioners and learn of their praxis and stories. I am currently deploying both Appreciative Inquiry and Visual Thinking tools to help groups articulate their stories with a view to being more effective and successful. |

I like the respectful and honouring stance taken in this approach and how it develops with the client alternative life stories that they can make possible for themselves. I also like the community focus which has been minimised in many approaches to life's difficulties. I hope to connect to other practitioners and share my journey in using this approach. |
