I have delighted in melding and blending my own life views with the Narrative attitude for nearly a decade. I am interested in sharing, giving and recieving and always ready to be dumbfounded and delighted with yet another burst of whizzing sparkling insight. Yet my legs reach the ground long enough to realise that plodding day by day work is also the stuff that dreams ar made of. Like Yishi Shalif, my all-encompassing religion draws me to long for forums where faith, belief and obedience to a Creator are open for plummeting deep discussion. |

We are starting the Jerusalem narrative Center. We would like to be in correspondence and have visiting teachers come to meet us. I would like to share questions and problems as they arise in work to continue to grow and learn. And I want to make friends with people who hope to create a world of preferred identity. |

Ellen devotes much time to those suffering from eating disorders and their narratives. She has served as a consultant abroad concerning dancers, diets, and weight related issues. Ellen’s other areas of interest include: teens and body image, child sexual abuse, issues of loneliness, creating lasting and satisfying relationships, creating safety for couples in therapy, support and empowerment of battered and sexually abused women, navigating through the divorce process, making second marriages work, menopausal issues, and more. |

I was first introduced to Narrative Practice around 2003 and formed an immediate bond. Working in narrative ways has allowed me the pleasure of hearing childrens' voices come to the forefront in dialogue, seeing teens find a place in the world, and witnessing the ability of 'victims of terror' to find a firm, safe place to stand. |

I wish to engage with other narrative therapists,in order to discuss our work, and perhaps to develop a "bank" of outsider witnesses who may help our cliens with their own experiences, perhaps through in-person, or internet meetings.
I work in the schools and kindergartens of Kiriat Yam, and anticipate developing a private practice in Kiriat Bialik and/or Carmiel. |

I have found the gentleness, collaborative spirit, and ideas of Narrative Therapy to be just marvelous! My work is mainly with couples and with people dealing with illness, issues related to ageing and life-transitions. Part of my work is as a spiritual care provider in a Jerusalem hospital for geriatric patients and I welcome insight and sharing regarding the intersection of NT and spiritual care. |

I am a couple and family therapist. I see people in my private practice, and I teach and supervise therapists on family therapy in several teaching institutes. I would like to hear from other practitioners, teachers and supervisors about their experiences and thoughts in the narrative field, and to have the opportunity to share my own with others. |

I've been practicing, teaching and enjoying Narrative ideas for the last 15 years. I'm a partner at the Barkai Institute for Marriage and Family Therapy in Israel. I practice Narrative ideas with a range of different people, cultures and issues, and have been teaching Narrative ideas and supervising therapists for many years. I have participated in most of the International Narrative Conferences and the people I met there have enriched my life and my work. I hope to continue this through "Narrative Connections". |

Hi!
I'm training as a Medical Psychologist in Jerusalem and have been interested and inspired by Narrative practice for a number of years now. I am very interested in becoming connected to other therapists working with these methodologies, and would love to be in touch! |

Since 1990 I have been working and teaching/supervising with the Narrative ideas and see the world through this perspective. Among the diversity of problems I see, I take a special interest in women and teenagers that struggle with anorexia and bulimia. I also work with victims of terrorist attacks - people who have lost their loved ones and others that struggle with post trauma. I co-share the Barcai Institute for Marriage and Family Therapy in Ramat Gan with seven other women. All of us work and teach with the Narrative ideas. |

Narrative ideas and practices attract me for the collaborative and social justice stand in the world they express. I've been using them in therapy, supervision, teaching and training, school systems, multi-cultural dialogue, trauma and organizational development, My hope is that through NC we could share ideas and practices and develop new ones. As a religious person I've thought and presented on the relationship between different religious belief systems and narrative practice and would love to have more conversations about these issues. |

I have an MSW from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, and Rabbinic Ordination for the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. I am assistant director of the Jerusalem Narrative Therapy Institute, and supervise fieldwork for Wurzweiler. I have found Narrative to be a delightful way to collaborate with the client and to empower him/her. I use letter and journal writing, art, and music to enhance the therapy. Some of the areas I specialize in are anxiety disorders, addictions, family violence, and taking a stand against lonliness. |
