| Hope for connection

I am a Franco-Spanish psychologist and therapist currently living in Belgium. I've been introduced to Narrative Therapy last June and... experienced re-connection with formerly disassembled pieces of my identity! I am now busy getting trained and improving my narrative skills and I hope I will soon be able to change my status to accept referrals. In the meantime, I am very concerned with the hard time we are having in French- or Spanish-speaking countries, with the translations of terms such as unique outcomes, relative influence questions, re-membering, etc. And I very much like Narrative Connections to create a Narrative Translation Hub for Narrative practicioners around the world to discuss and debate about terminology, translations, and ways to keep Narrative Practices alive, evolving, while caring about being sharp, faithful to original terms and spirit, and preventing abuses or drafting away from Narrative Roots and philosophy.
