The 5th Dulwich Centre International Summer School of Narrative Practice will take place in Adelaide from 3-5 March 2010.

This event is designed for practitioners who wish to develop their skills in narrative practice. The Dulwich Centre Faculty, a number of international guests, and other experienced Australian narrative therapists, will offer three days of rigorous training. International presenters will include Walter Bera (USA), Ruth Pluznick (Canada), Yishai Shalif (Israel), Daniel Bogue (Canada), and Elspeth McAdam (UK).

Preceding the summer school we are holding a number of special FREE forums:

• Responding to families in which parents/care-givers have significant mental health issues
• Appreciative inquiry and narrative practice
• Family group conferencing and narrative practice, and
• One-day introduction to narrative practice.

Walter Bera will also be offering a one-day workshop on 'Narrative, collaborative, and restorative/transformative justice therapies for the effects of sexual abuse'.

It promises to be an invigorating program! What’s more, the acclaimed WOMADelaide world music festival will coincide with this summer school here in Adelaide.
