feminism, therapy and narrative ideas
an ongoing project
This 'Feminism, therapy and
narrative ideas'
project has developed out of our interest
in exploring how issues of gender are influencing the work of therapists and
community workers. It is intended to provide a focus for new ideas as well as
hopeful examples of feminist practice with individuals, families, groups and
communities.
So far on this website we have published two pieces relating to this project :
* Feminism,
therapy and narrative ideas: Exploring some not so commonly asked questions
compiled by Shona Russell & Maggie Carey
*
Considering issues of domestic violence and
abuse
in palliative care and bereavement situations
by Judy Wright
Following on from the creation of this paper we would like to hear from you in response to any of the following questions:
We hope to generate many conversations and accumulate reflections and papers on this topic. If you are interested, please write to us (Shona, Maggie and Cheryl) c/o dulwich@senet.com.au
